Just about the time you think

That the boat you’re in is gonna sink

And there is nothing left to do but fail

Grab a bucket and start to bail

If you don’t do something to get better

Most likely you will soon be wetter

Maybe its time to give a thought

Like doing something is better than not

When things go bad don’t just get mad

And complain about the things you had

It’s better to put on a smile

Cuz you know it will only last a while

Eventually those clouds will go away

And you will get to enjoy a sunny day

So set your thoughts on a better day

And prepare for the bad to go away

So if you fail just be glad you tried

Cuz eventually you will be sanctified

The next right thing is what you should do

Then all the right things will catch up to you

So if things just aint going right

Grab some hope and hold on tight

And don’t let better get out of sight
